Long shot here hoping for a response. But my property would be large, but being an older building, alot of the Walls are 2ft thick stone walls. My router currently only gives signal to about 60% of the house., the walls are blocking signal I assume.I use tp-link power line adapters to help get the other 40%. It barely works, but I’ve had to replace them pretty often as they keep giving up, and it’s costing money to barely help me anyway.
What’s my best options here to help? Mesh system, or would it also struggle with getting WiFi signal because of the walls? Or go access point route? Cheers if anyone reads this lol
Ive got the wifi runnug through thw house wiring inot my gamimg room and it loses so much strenght, from 200mps downstairs , tp 20mps throught the wring
No idea what im doing wrong
I use the internet from the lady who lives beneath me. the router is at the opposite end of the apartment as my tv, as well as being the floor below. My TV can’t stream video anymore bc the Download Speed is too slow. Which solution would be best for my situation?
thanks
Im in a concrete ski house, the router is on the middle floor of the a 3 story building. There is a repeater upstairs where I am, but I feel like the signal to my tv can be better. Can I just add another repeater in my room for a better signal? Thank You
Can you set it up off phone
